Portland Maine's Premier Ninjutsu Dojo offering classical instruction combined with adaptation for current day self-defense situations. We offer a safe, albeit intense and realistic training environment, for ages 13 and above. We train four days a week for about two hours each. Our curriculum is divided into phases such as: foundational, ground, weapons, emotional, throwing, etc.

Thy's Taekwon-Do is a Martial Arts School that has been part of the community since the early 90's. The original name Vu's Tae Kwon Do it was passed on in 2008 to Chhoeun Thy and the school has become a staple for being the best and bringing the best out of others! Focusing on discipline, hard work and bringing out the physical and mental best out of others.
