Formed from the need for a lobster roll to be enjoyed however the customer wants, The Highroller Lobster serves delicious takes on the classic sandwich. The rolls can be as simple or as decorated as a guest wants. All are made with a toasted brioche bun, a little bit of shredded romaine, and fresh Maine lobster. There is an abundance of sauces, from plain mayo, to roasted jalapeno mayo, charred pineapple, and more.
