The rolls can be as simple or as decorated as a guest wants. All are made with a toasted brioche bun, a little bit of shredded romaine, and fresh Maine lobster. There is an abundance of sauces, from plain mayo, to roasted jalapeno mayo, charred pineapple, and more.

Our lobster roll is packed with the freshest lobster meat, picked daily in house! We use tail, knuckle & claw meat & dress it however your taste buds prefer! We make our rolls to order, when ordered, so tell us your preference and we will accommodate to the best of our ability!
