The mission of Definitive Brewing Company is to offer a superb experience for its guests through its large collection of brews. They feature a wide variety of products including IPAs, sours, stouts, and real fruited hard seltzers, along with more traditional styles. Its operators do everything in their power to deliver the best beers and most enjoyable drinking experience possible.

Between hazy IPAs, sweet porters, stouts, fruited lagers, brown ales, sours, bourbon barrel-aged beers, the state's first gluten-free pale ale and even a house-brewed root beer, there is something for everyone at Geary Brewing Co. The brewery's beautiful beer garden is a perfect place to enjoy a brew, have a bite from one of the many local food trucks or catch a Saturday show from a live band.

Description

Since opening our doors in 2016, we have poured countless pints at our three taprooms, shared our beers with fans across the Northeast, and showcased our work at festivals across the country and internationally. Our first beers were poured in our downtown Westbrook taproom, with a dedicated brewing facility and two more taprooms following in Freeport and South Portland.
