The restaurant's smoker is fueled exclusively by Maine red oak, giving the meat a rich flavor unique to the region. Guests order at the counter or bar and can choose from comfortable picnic seating or '50s-style dinette tables.

Our small batch BBQ is smoked in house daily beginning before sunrise. We are proud to source from local purveyors, farms, distilleries and breweries and strive to exceed expectations for all who join us for lunch or dinner.
