Terlingua restaurant & market | (tur-ling-gwuh) a neighborhood restaurant & market in Portland, Maine, combining Texas style BBQ w/ southwest and Mexican inspired flavors. Our small batch BBQ is smoked in house daily beginning before sunrise.
